Chelsea believes and promotes, within her music and image, a positive message and sound. She inspires her listeners to stay true to who they are, and not to conform to the peer pressures of today. Her music is fun, upbeat and family friendly. Chelsea has been commended numerous times for being a positive role model. Song titles - Keep Your Pants On and Stay True Be You are two of the songs you will hear Chelsea sing if you see her perform at a local show.

Chelsea Musick–Yes, Musick, that's her real last name –
pronounced, "music". Chelsea is a country girl at heart, with big dreams. She's been singing since the age of 2 years old. Maybe, that has something to do with being born in Tennessee. Chelsea was born on the 101st Army Fort Campbell Military Base in 1993.
The Military and the Veterans are really special to her. Her father is one of them. He was in the 101st Airborne Division, stationed on the Ft. Campbell Base. Her father spent 10 months in the The First Gulf War on the Iraq/Saudi desert border. Chelsea has sung the National Anthem for the Veterans since the age of 5 years old for Veteran's Day and other local hometown events.

In 2002, at the tender age of 9, was selected to compete on America's Most Talented Kid in California. Although she did not win the show, she states the "I am grateful and blessed to have the amazing opportunity to travel to the West Coast and be chosen to be a part of the show." After the show, Chelsea was given a guitar by the Veterans in her home town and began sit down and learned to play it.

In 2006, at the age of 13, Chelsea co-wrote “I Wish You Were Here” with two songwriters over Myspace. This song was chosen to be included on a charity project called Songs for the Cure. Chelsea gave All proceeds 100% from her song and still are being donated to charity to continue the fight against cancer.
The same year (2006) at age 13, Her parents told her "If you really want this dream write 3 songs and we will drive you to Nashville." Chelsea quickly wrote 3 songs and her parents were shocked at her ambition and drive. They had to keep their promise and go to Nashville. She traveled to Nashville with her family and met with industry professionals. They told her to "go home and hone her craft." One executive told her to "come back to Nashville when she was 27 years old." This wasn't the response she was hoping from Nashville about her dreams to record. Chelsea drove back home with her family and she stayed determined and focused on what she wanted to do. Chelsea decided she wanted to record a demo CD on her own. She contacted a demo studio in Nashville, TN. Although, the CD wasn't too costly to record, she saved, scrapped and borrowed money from her family and grandparents to recorded the demo CD. She wrote 8 of the 11 songs on her CD. In 2009, at the age of 15 yrs old, Chelsea recorded and released her demo CD .

Over the years, Chelsea has had the amazing opportunity to perform at various Veteran affairs, festivals, fairs, church functions, and sporting events.

Even though Chelsea is still Unsigned, (not signed to a record label) she is continuing to book shows and travel as much as she can to share her music with others.
She would love the opportunity to someday to be signed to a label, tour and meet as many of her fans as possible.
